Analisis Efektifitas Penggunaan Sistem Host To Host Dalam Hal Penyelesaian Klaim Asuransi Kredit Multiguna Pada PT Bank Sumut

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the Host to Host system contributes to improving the effectiveness of credit insurance claim settlements at PT Bank Sumut. The research is motivated by the need for a fast and accurate claims process to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in the banking sector. A qualitative approach was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The system's effectiveness was analyzed based on productivity, service speed, time efficiency, and user satisfaction. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Host to Host system significantly accelerates the claims process, reduces manual errors, and enhances transparency and user satisfaction. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, such as limited system integration and insufficient training for human resources. Therefore, it is recommended that Bank Sumut strengthen its technological infrastructure and provide regular training to ensure the system's sustainable optimization
