The development of digital technology has encouraged the emergence of various
electronic payment methods, one of which is the ShopeePay digital wallet. This
study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use on online shopping
interest of students of the Faculty of Vocational Studies, University of North
Sumatra. This type of research is quantitative with an associative approach. The
number of samples in this study were 100 respondents selected using purposive
sampling technique. The data were collected through distributing questionnaires
and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The
results showed that perceived ease of use has a significant effect on online
shopping interest. Thus, the higher the student's perception of the ease of use of
ShopeePay, the higher their interest in shopping online. This finding is expected to
be an input for application developers in improving convenience features to
encourage the intensity of digital service usage.
