High business competition demands every company to always maintain and improve the performance of its employees. In reality, many companies face significant challenges in improving employee performance according to expectations, especially at PT. Sumatera Ega Mekinka Medan. This is reflected in the existence of a disproportionate workload, minimal discipline in carrying out tasks, and fluctuations in the level of employee commitment to the organization. Based on this phenomenon, this study was conducted with the aim of determining and analyzing the effect of workload, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Sumatera Ega Mekinka Medan.This study is a quantitative study using a sample of 45 employees of PT. Sumatera Ega Mekinka Medan. The information used in this study was obtained from a survey distributed through a questionnaire. This data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative using multiple linier regression and assistance from SPSS. The results of the study indicate that (1) workload partially has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline organizational commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) organizational commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) and simultaneously workload, work discipline and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sumatera Ega Mekinka Medan.
