Human resource analysis is a scientific solution that enables organizations to make important decisions related to human resources and strategic business, thereby gaining a competitive advantage. Through new technologies, the role of big data has emerged, aiming to establish human resources as strategic business partners who make decisions based on analysis. Therefore, all decisions based on evidence have a significant competitive advantage. This conceptual model aims to understand the relationship between human resources and achieving organizational competitive advantage within the big data framework.en_US
