    Abstract
Psychosocial problems in the workplace are a significant challenge for informal workers, including online ojek drivers. This study aims to analyze the condition of psychosocial factors experienced by online motorcycle taxi drivers Gojek Merak Jingga (GMJ) Community in Medan City. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The instrument used is the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) III questionnaire which includes eight main dimensions: job demands, work organization and work content, interpersonal relationships, individual-work interface, health and well-being, social capital, conflict and offensive behavior, and personality. Data were collected from 36 respondents who are members of the GMJ community. Results showed that 55,6% of respondents experienced high job demands, 66,7% were poor in the dimensions of work organization and job content, and 66,7% showed good interpersonal relationships. A total of 50% of respondents experienced difficulties in balancing personal and work life. In addition, 55,6% reported physical fatigue and health problems, 55,6% experienced conflict or negative treatment at work, and 41,7% faced difficulties in personality management while at work. Meanwhile, 88,9% of respondents demonstrated strong social capital in the form of solidarity and support among fellow drivers. The results of this study indicate that most of the psychosocial dimensions are still in a condition that needs attention. Therefore, these findings can be the basis for online ojek platform companies and related agencies such as the Manpower Office and the Health Office in designing policies and intervention programs to improve the quality of work, health and welfare of online ojek drivers.
