This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and employee engagement on employee performance at XYZ palm oil plantation company in Rokan Hulu, Riau. Employee performance is a crucial indicator in determining company effectiveness and productivity, especially in labor-intensive sectors such as plantations. Based on preliminary observations, the company experienced a significant decline in productivity due to various factors, including low levels of job satisfaction and employee engagement. This research uses a quantitative approach with a census technique, in which all 128 employees were used as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, employee engagement also has a positive and significant influence on performance. Simultaneously, both variables contribute strongly to improving employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of human resource management in creating a conducive work environment through fair compensation, harmonious working relationships, and adequate career development opportunities
