This study aims to examine the influence of flexible work arrangements on workplace well-being among Generation Z employees. Flexible work arrangements refer to work policies that allow flexibility in terms of time, location, and work methods. Meanwhile, workplace well-being refers to a positive psychological state experienced by employees within the work context. This explanatory quantitative research employed convenience sampling to collect data from 195 Generation Z employees through a Google Form questionnaire. Using the workplace well-being scale developed by Parker and Hyett (2011), which was adapted by Zamralita and Wilis (2023), and a flexible work arrangement scale constructed by the researcher based on the aspects proposed by Selby and Wilson (2001). Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results revealed a significant positive influence of flexible work arrangements on workplace well-being. The analysis showed a coefficient of determination (R) of 0.162 with a significance level of p < 0.001. These findings indicate a significant positive relationship between flexible work arrangements and workplace well-being, with the effect size categorized as moderate.en_US
