Fatigue is a condition in which the body experiences a decrease in efficiency and energy to carry out an activity or work. Fatigue is one of the main causes of workplace accidents, which ultimately affects overall productivity. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that the second leading cause of death after heart disease is severe fatigue. Symptoms of fatigue can be categorized into three groups: weakness in activities, motivation, and physical condition. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing work fatigue among housekeeping staff at Advent Hospital in Medan. The research method used is a quantitative study with a cross- sectional approach. The sampling technique used total sampling involving 35 staff members. Data on work fatigue was collected through measurements using a reaction timer, circadian rhythm data was measured using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire, pain and health condition data was collected through direct interviews with the staff, and nutritional data was measured using a 24-hour food recall. The level of work fatigue experienced by the staff ranged from a score of 187 to 443, with an average of 319.51 and a standard deviation of 62.904. This indicates that work fatigue varies but remains within a range close to the average. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The study results showed no effect of circadian rhythm on work fatigue, an effect of pain and health condition on work fatigue, and an effect of nutrition on work fatigue. It is recommended that hospital management regularly evaluate the workload of housekeeping staff to monitor the level of fatigue they experience
