dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the role of grit on teacher efficacy of Special School teachers in Medan City. In this study, the number of respondents used was 115 respondents of SLB teachers in Medan City. The instruments used were the grit scale developed by Rola et al. (2024) consisting of 14 items and the teacher efficacy scale developed by Nastasya (2024) consisting of 24 items. The data obtained were processed using Jeffre’s Amazing Statistic Program version 19.3. After conducting a hypothesis test, a p-value of 0.001 was obtained, which stated that there was a role of grit in teacher efficacy in SLB teachers in Medan City. Then based on the R² results, it can be seen that grit can predict 27.8% of teacher efficacy in SLB teachers in Medan City.en_US
