Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, Asset Turnover, dan Leverage terhadap Sustainable Growth Rate pada Perusahaan Sektor Energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2021-2024

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the corporate social responsibility, good corporate governance, asset turnover, and leverage on the sustainable growth rate in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative and the type of data used is quantitative. The population in this study are all energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2024. The sample in this study amounted to 50 companies. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this studi prove that partially, corporate social responsibility has a significant positive effect on sustainable growth rate, good corporate governance has a significant negative effect on sustainable growth rate, asset turnover has a significant positive effect on sustainable growth rate, and leverage has a significant negative effect on sustainable growth rate. Simultaneously, this study proves that corporate social responsibility, good corporate governance, asset turnover, and leverage affect the sustainable growth rate of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2024.
