This study aims to analyze the kiosk rental administration process implemented by the Medan City Market Public Company (PUD) at Petisah Market and its impact on the efficiency of micro and small businesses. Kiosk rental administration involves a series of activities ranging from recording tenant data, preparing lease agreements, to monitoring rights and obligations. Business efficiency is important so that micro and small business actors can manage costs and time optimally. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 30 kiosk tenant respondents. The results of the study showed that most respondents were satisfied with the rental administration system which was considered clear, fast, and transparent. However, there were still obstacles such as the lack of digitalization and transparency of information in the early stages of the rental. It is recommended that PUD Pasar implement a digital administration system to speed up the process, minimize physical visits, and increase the efficiency of tenants' businesses. | en_US |
