This research used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The
research population was all users of the Special Library of Bank Indonesia
Kepulauan Riau Province website, both internal and external users. The sampling

error, and satisfaction) and user satisfaction. The research analysis showed that
the library website usability had a positive and significant effect on user
satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.773 and significance of 0.000. The
usability dimension with the highest score was satisfaction at 86%, which meant
that most users felt satisfied with the ease and convenience of the website.
Conversely, the efficiency dimension received the lowest score of 78%, indicating
that users still felt the website features were not fully efficient. Regression
analysis also showed that website usability contributed an effect of 59.7% on user
satisfaction, while 40.3% was influenced by other factors outside this research.
The research results showed that the library website usability gives a positive
effect on user satisfaction with a contribution of 35.7%. The indicator with the
highest achievement was satisfaction, reflecting that users feel satisfied with the
ease and convenience of the website. Meanwhile, the efficiency indicator had the
lowest value, making it an aspect that can be improved in website management.
