The National Strategic Food Estate Project is one of the government's policies aimed at improving national food security. This study aims to analyze the influence of infrastructure, corporations, capital, and conservation on the success of this project in Siria-Ria Village, Pollung District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, North Sumatra. Primary data were obtained from 53 respondents involved in the project and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the study indicate that infrastructure and capital have a significant influence on the success of the project. Adequate infrastructure, such as roads, irrigation, and supporting facilities, facilitates the smooth distribution of agricultural products and supports the adoption of modern technology. Capital also proves to be important in supporting the initial phase of the project, particularly in financing land acquisition and production facilities. Meanwhile, the corporation variable shows a positive influence but is not statistically significant, despite the important role corporations play in providing technology and management. On the other hand, conservation does not have a significant influence on the project's success in the short term, although it remains important for long-term sustainability. This study concludes that infrastructure and capital are key factors in the success of the National Strategic Food Estate Project. Therefore, the government needs to continue strengthening these two factors, while also focusing on enhancing the role of corporations and implementing better conservation strategies to support the sustainability of the projecten_US
