This research aims to understand the pattern of internal communication in the Muslimat Mathla'ul Anwar North Sumatra organization, as well as how communication is carried out in the process of empowering and utilizing creativity space for Muslim women. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, field observation and documentation. The informant consists of administrators and members, as well as triangulation from external parties. The theory used in this study is a theory of human relations which states that the core of the organization is humans, so humans must be considered and not ignored because the organization would not exist without them. Attention to relational and emotional aspects is important to create a supportive work atmosphere. The findings show that ongoing communication still tends to be one-way, with barriers to active member engagement and minimal participation. The lack of openness in communication and unbuilt emotional closeness make the space of creativity provided dysfunctional. This study recommends the need for a more open and dialogical communication pattern so that empowerment and creativity can run more thoroughly.
