dc.description.abstractLabor productivity is one of the key elements in the oil palm plantation sector. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the labor productivity among harvesters at PT Bahruny Basilam located in Langkat Regency. The variables analyzed in this study include age, education level, tenure, work nutrition, number of dependents, and premiums. The study employed a cross-sectional design and a quantitative methodology. Sixty respondents were selected using a basic random sampling procedure, and data were collected from then via quetionnaires and interview. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data at a significance level of 0.05. Out of the six independent variables that were analyzed, the findings indicated that premium (p-value 0.001) and nutrition (p- value 0.000) had a substantial impact on labor productivity. In the meantime, there was no discernible impact from the factors of age, education, length of service, or number of dependents.en_US
