This study aims to determine whether mandala coloring activities are effective in reducing anxiety levels among drug addicts undergoing rehabilitation at the Yayasan Pemulihan Kasih Bangsa (YPKB). A quasi-experimental approach was used to evaluate changes in anxiety levels before and after the intervention, and to compare them with a control group that did not receive the treatment. The sample consisted of 10 rehabilitated residents from the foundation. The data collection instrument used was the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), consisting of 20 items. The study employed a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The intervention was conducted over three sessions, each involving a mandala coloring activity. Data were analyzed using the one-group pretest-posttest design technique. The results showed a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05) and an effect size of 0.40, indicating a moderate effect. This study suggests that mandala coloring is effective in significantly reducing anxiety among the residents at Yayasan Pemulihan Kasih Bangsa (YPKB).en_US
