    Abstract
    This study aims to determine the effect of giving a combination of Kinetin and NAA (Naphthalene Acetic Acid) on the growth of Siam Madu Orange (Citrus nobilis L.) seedless. This research was conducted at the Biotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan with an altitude of ± 25 meters above sea level from December 2024 to April 2025. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the concentration of Kinetin, namely K0 (0 ppm), K1 (1.5 ppm), and K2 (3 ppm). The second factor is the concentration of NAA, namely N0 (0 ppm), N1 (1 ppm), and K2 (2 ppm). The parameters observed in this study included the percentage of live explants, shoot emergence time, number of shoots, shoot height, number of leaves, number of roots, root length, and stem diameter. The results showed that the administration of Kinetin had a significant effect on the time of shoot emergence and the number of roots, but had no significant effect on the number of shoots, shoot height, number of leaves, root length, and stem diameter. The administration of NAA has a significant effect on the number of leaves and the number of roots, but has no significant effect on the time to appear buds, the number of buds, shoot height, root length, and stem diameter, while the interaction between the treatment combination of Kinetin and NAA has a significant effect on the number of roots, but has no significant effect on the time to appear buds, the number of buds, shoot height, number of leaves, root length, and stem diameter.
