dc.description.abstract | Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining a company’s success and competitiveness. In the plantation industry, which has high work demands, strategies that can develop employee competencies while maintaining work–life balance are essential. This study aims to examine the effect of Talent Development and Work Life Balance on employee performance at PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method and a total sampling technique, involving all 103 employees as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that Talent Development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, contributing 7%, and Work Life Balance also has a positive and significant effect, contributing 6%, while simultaneously, both variables contribute 13.7% to the variation in employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of the company’s efforts in developing employee potential and maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life to improve performance. This study is expected to provide insights for management in designing more effective human resource development and employee well-being policies. | en_US |
