dc.description.abstract | Background: Culinary MSMEs are a strategic sector in local economic growth but
often face limitations in adopting digital technologies. As demand for fast, accurate,
and integrated services grows, the development of a digital-based system becomes
a crucial solution.
Objective: This study aims to develop and implement an integrated digital system
that supports operational efficiency, service convenience, and market expansion for
Buk Limra Restaurant.
Method: The method used includes direct observation, interviews, and testing of a
web-based system developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LocalStorage
technology. The system features include menu management, order processing,
transaction history, sales reports, and delivery records.
Results: The implementation of the system showed improvements in service time
efficiency, a decrease in recording errors, and increased customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the management of orders and financial reporting became more
organized and well-documented.
Conclusion: The use of an integrated digital system positively impacts the
performance and competitiveness of culinary MSMEs. This system represents a
form of technological adaptation that supports business transformation toward a
