    Abstract
The problem of work fatigue does not only occur among workers in the formal sector. Fatigue can also occur in the informal sector, for example in weaving. The results of the survey of seven weavers working in the Sianipar-Ulos gallery revealed that all weavers suffered from symptoms such as stiff shoulders, heaviness in the legs after weaving and the feeling of having to lie down. These complaints are indicators of work fatigue, so it can be assumed that the weavers at the Sianipar Ulos Gallery in Medan suffer from work fatigue. This research method is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design to determine the factors associated with job fatigue among the weavers of Sianipar Ulos Gallery in Medan. The study population consisted of 64 Ulos weavers with a sample of 55 Ulos weavers. Fatigue was measured using a questionnaire to measure the feeling of work fatigue (KAUPK2). The results showed that the fatigue level of the weavers in the tired work fatigue category was 23 weavers (41.8%), while the very tired work fatigue was 32 weavers (58.2%). The data was analyzed using the Spearman Rank Corellation statistical test. The results showed that there was a relationship between mental work intensity (p value 0.006) with a weak level of relationship, worker health conditions (p value <0.001) with a moderate level of relationship, and worker nutrition (p value <0.001) with work fatigue with a strong level of relationship. For ulos weavers to pay more attention to nutritional intake, maintain health conditions, and be able to take short breaks (5-10 minutes) to reduce fatigue due to constant concentration, so as to increase motivation to work.
