dc.description.abstractIn an organization, the existence of human resources is very crucial. Therefore, without human resources, an organization - including a government organization - will encounter challenges to grow. Each organization, such as a government organization has an Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to direct the personnel cany out their responsibilities. Several aspects such as loyalty, obedience, and participation in the government agency they work with are some ways to measure the employee's OCB. Without employee determination and the employer’s active part in empowering the employees, knowledge, and skills are not sufficient to carry' out their responsibilities. Employees should actively participate in carrying out their responsibilities since their institution is required to give the employee empowerment. This study is conducted to identify and evaluate how employee empowerment, work collectivity, and employee engagement partially and simultaneously affect the Organizational Citizenship Behaviour at the BKPSDM (Civil Service Agency of Human Resource and Personnel Development) office in Langsa. Multiple linear regression analysis with multiple linear tools is employed to analyze the data. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that Human Resource empowerment, work collectivity, and employee engagement simultaneously, positively and significantly affect Organizational Citizenship Behaviour.en_US
