| dc.description.abstract | Married women working in the industrial sector are often faced with difficult situations in dividing their time between work and family responsibilities. This condition can cause psychological and physical stress that has an impact on their performance. This study aims to determine the influence of dual role conflict and job stress on the performance of married female factory employees at PT Jawa Sumatera Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative research type. The sample used was 53 respondents, with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that dual role conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, job stress also has a negative and significant effect on performance, and the two variables simultaneously have an influence on employee performance. This finding shows that the higher the role conflict and work stress experienced, the employee performance tends to decrease. | en_US |
