    Abstract
The digital era and globalisation require enterprises, mainly state-owned enterprises, to effectively manage human resources to maintain employee productivity and well-being. Rapid digital transformation triggers the application of advanced technologies, one of which is wearable technology, as a supporting tool for monitoring health and improving operational efficiency. Pelindo, in its efforts to support employee well-being, has developed Pelindo Fit (P-Fit) to integrate wearable technology into the occupational health program so that employees can receive real-time health monitoring and incentives for achieving health goals. This study is descriptive in type. Data were collected during a single period without repeated observation and using a questionnaire based on UTAUT 2 indicators: Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and Habit. The probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling approach ensures an objective representation of employees' views on adopting this technology within PT Pelindo Multi Terminal (SPMT). The results showed that employees positively perceive the use of wearable technology to support employee well-being, with ease of use, social support, and increased health awareness being key factors. P-Fit adds value by combining incentive and health monitoring systems that increase active employee participation. The results of this study support the need to adjust internal policies and strengthen infrastructure to maximize the benefits of these technologies and optimize occupational health programs.
