Tourism Management Strategies To Improve Service Quality At Toba Caldera Resort
Abstract
Tourism is one of the leading sectors that contributes significantly to Indonesia's economic growth, with Lake Toba as one of the priority destinations with extraordinary potential. Management strategies that can be implemented to improve service quality at Toba Caldera Resort, one of the leading accommodations in the Lake Toba area. Toba Caldera Resort is a leading tourist destination located in Toba Regency, managed by the Lake Toba Authority Agency (BPODT). This final project aims to identify management strategies at Toba Caldera Resort. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and direct documentation in the field. The results of this study show that management strategies include the management and strengthening of human resources who provide good service. The proposed strategy for Toba Caldera Resort tourism focuses on attraction development, service improvement, and risk preparedness to maintain visitor satisfaction.
