The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leverage, profitability, liquidity, and company size on dividend policy in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. The research sample used purposive sampling, which used 30 companies during the three-year observation period. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source used in this study is secondary data. Data collection was carried out using the documentation method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression models. Independent variables can explain as much as 11% of the effect of dividend policy, while 89% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Simultaneously, leverage, profitability, liquidity, and company size have a significant effect on dividend policy. Partially, the liquidity variable has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. While the variables of leverage, profitability, and company size have no significant effect on dividend policy in food and beverage sub-sector companies.
