Many complaints are felt during menstruation, one of the most common is dysmenorrhea pain, the pain felt can last for several hours to several days. Therapy to reduce dysmenorrhea pain can be pharmacologically, namely nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and non-pharmacologically, one of which is Benson relaxation therapy, this method combines aspects of personal belief or spirituality with physical relaxation and is easy to use, cheap, uncomplicated and has no side effects.
