    Abstract
The elderly are an age group that is vulnerable to various health problems and therefore require easy and continuous to healthcare services. One of the efforts to support elderly health is through Elderly Health Posts (Posyandu Lansia), which are integrated into the Primary Health Care Integration (ILP) program. However, the utilization of Posyandu by the elderly remains suboptimal. This study aims to identify the factors associated with the utilization of elderly health services within the ILP framework. Kelurahan Bandar Selamat is one of the administrative areas under the working area of Mandala Public Health Center (Puskesmas Mandala) in Medan City. This study employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of all elderly residents in Kelurahan Bandar Selamat. A total of 95 respondents were selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.000), attitude (p-value = 0.000), cadre support (p-value = 0.000), availability of facilities and infrastructure ((p-value = 0.000) and the use of elderly posyandu services. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Posyandu cadres receive appropriate skills training facilitated by the local health center (Puskesmas), along with support from local community leaders to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages elderly participation in Posyandu activities.
