The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Operating Cash Flow,
Leverage, Operational Efficiency, and Institutional Ownership on Bankruptcy
Prediction in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Non-Cyclicals Sector listed
on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. The sampling method
used in this study is purposive sampling method and obtained a research sample of
50 companies with a total of 150 observations. The type of data used is secondary
data with data collection methods through documentation studies from www.idx.com
and official company websites. The data analysis method used is logistic regression
analysis. The results of this study indicate that Leverage has a positive effect on
bankruptcy prediction in manufacturing companies in the consumer non-cyclicals
sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023, and
Operational Efficiency has a negative effect on bankruptcy prediction in
manufacturing companies in the consumer non-cyclicals sector listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. However, Operating Cash Flow
and Institutional Ownership variables have no effect on bankruptcy prediction in
manufacturing companies in the consumer non-cyclicals sector listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023.
