This study aims to analyze the differences in the effectiveness of the Belawan Sicanang Urban Village Youth Health Center program in improving psychological well-being between cadre and non-cadre participants. This study uses a quasi-experimental nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design, with non-probability sampling as the data collection method. Participants consisted of two groups, an experimental group (n=14) and a control group (n=29). Measurements in this study used Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale/RPWBS, which consists of 29 items. This scale has been adapted and validated for the Indonesian context by Ahmad Fadhil (Fadhil, 2021). This study used data analysis with the Mann-Whitney U non-parametric statistical test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in psychological well-being between the experimental and control groups (pretest, p = .243; posttest, p = 0.293; p > 0.05), meaning that the Belawan Sicanang Urban Village Youth Health Center program was deemed ineffective in improving the psychological well-being of cadre and non-cadre participants.
