    Abstract
This research focuses on three questions: First, how are the regulations regarding the concept of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in International Law? Second, how is the impact of the Willow Project when viewed from the perspective of International Law? Third, how does International Environmental Law view the Willow Project in relation to the concept of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)?. To analyze these issues, the researcher used normative law research, which is descriptive-analytical in nature, with several approaches, namely the case approach, statute approach, and conceptual approach. The data sources used are secondary data that discuss the Willow Project, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the perspective of International Law. The data collection technique used in this research is library research, employing qualitative analysis that produces descriptive data. The research results show that the regulations regarding the concept of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in International Law include Article 2 of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Article 2 (a), (b), and (c) of the Paris Agreement of 2015, Article 6 of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), Article 6 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), the third principle of The Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and Chapter 2(1) of Agenda 21. The Willow Project causes a significant increase in greenhouse gas emissions, which is considered a violation of the commitments made under the Paris Agreement and the Convention on Biological Diversity. The perspective of International Environmental Law on the Willow Project in relation to the concept of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) views that the Willow Project does not align with the principle of environmental law, namely Sustainable Development, contradicts the main objectives of the Paris Agreement, and is less relevant to the SDGs, particularly in goal 13 "Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts."
