The cases of dengue fever experienced a global spike in 2023. In Indonesia, there were recorded 114.720 cases with a death toll of 894 people. In North Sumatra Province, the reported cases reached 4.705 with 24 deaths. Based on environmental health data from Haji Abdul Halim Hasan Community Health Center, 41 DHF cases were found during 2024, showing an increase compared to the previous year which recorded 37 cases with a program achievement of (10,81%). The DHF control program aims to break the chain of transmission to reduce morbidity, mortality rates, and limit the spread of cases. The DHF control program implemented at the community health center consists of DHF socialization to the public, mosquito breeding site eradication, and fogging. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the DHF control program at Haji Abdul Halim Hasan Community Health Center in Binjai City in 2024. The method used is qualitative, data were obtained through interviews with three respondents conducted from February to July 2025. The research results show that out of the seven indicators analyzed in the dengue hemorrhagic fever Control Program at Haji Abdul Halim Hasan Health Center, four indicators are deemed achieved, namely human resources, funding, facilities and infrastructure, and implementation. However, the indicators for planning, monitoring, and program achievements have not been met. Planning is not carried out comprehensively according to guidelines, monitoring is only conducted by cadre without the involvement of health workers, and the program achievement remains low with an incidence rate of (0,16%), exceeding the national target of (<0,01%). Therefore, it is recommended that Haji Abdul Halim Hasan Health Center improves planning and monitoring of programs more systematically and effectively, and that the community actively participates in the program.en_US
