The research results show that the HR management strategies implemented include regular training, incentives based on performance, an open communication approach between superiors and subordinates, and job rotation aimed at increasing employee flexibility and competence. This strategy has been proven to have a positive impact on increasing motivation, work enthusiasm, and achieving sales targets from 2022 to 2024. However, there are also several obstacles such as limited training budgets and lack of employee participation in the development process.en_US
