dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to identify the impact of Non Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Third Party’s Fund (TPF), and Fee Based Income (FBI) to Return on Assets (ROA) of commercial banks of Indonesia. This research is observe panel data of all commercial bank listed in Indonesian Stock Excange (BEI) which is categorized by its business activeities (BUKU 1 through BUKU 4) and its data is integrated to Indonesia Banking Statistics (SPI) from January 2016 through December 2019. Fixed effect model (FEM) for panel data has been applied to estimate the model of the multiple linier regression . The result shows that NPL and CAR significantly impacts ROA Inversely TPF and FBI are found positive but insignificantly associated with ROA. NPL have a negative relationship with ROA but CAR on the contrary effect on ROA positively. The observation also findings all independent variables simultanouesly and significantly impacts ROA.en_US
