dc.description.abstractOne of the health problems currently facing Indonesia is non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as hypertension. Hypertension is a chronic disease commonly known as high blood pressure which is characterized by increased blood pressure on the walls of the arteries. Treatment for this disease is carried out pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can reduce hypertension is foot reflexology massage which aims to smooth blood flow to the heart so that blood pressure becomes normal. The purpose of this senior practitioner is to determine the effect of foot reflexology massage on reducing blood pressure in 3 clients suffering from hypertension in Bandar Khalipah Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. Based on the results of nursing care management for clients, there is a difference in blood pressure before and after foot reflexology massage. It can be concluded that providing foot reflexology massage therapy is effective in reducing blood pressure in people with hypertension in Bandar Khalipah Village, Percut Sei Tuan District.en_US
