The menstrual cycle is a process of reproductive organ maturation influenced by hormones in the body. Diet can affect the menstrual cycle due to several factors, including nutritional deficiencies caused by poor eating habits, such as overeating unbalanced foods and insufficient nutritional intake, which can lead to irregular menstrual cycles in most adolescents. This senior practicum aims to conduct a case study on nursing care management for adolescent girls experiencing menstrual cycle disorders through educational interventions on healthy eating patterns, including assessment, problem analysis, planning, action, and nursing evaluation. The study used a case study method with anamnesis and observation, involving three clients. The research results showed that there were two nursing problems: menstrual cycle disorders and knowledge deficits. Education was provided to clients using posters about the implementation of a healthy diet with four pillars of balanced nutrition principles, namely consuming a variety of foods, implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle, performing physical activities, and monitoring body weight. Clients who received health education on the implementation of a healthy diet were able to adopt and make changes to their dietary patterns to meet nutritional requirements and prevent menstrual cycle disorders.
