Nurse performance is one of the critical factors in determining the quality of nursing services in hospitals. A supportive work environment and high motivation can influence the quality and effectiveness of nurses in carrying out their duties. This study aims to determine the relationship between work environment and motivation with nurse performance at Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital. This research employed a quantitative method with a correlational approach, conducted at Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital from January to April 2025. The population consisted of all inpatient nurses, with a sample of 73 participants selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Pearson’s product–moment correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the Pearson correlation test indicated a significant relationship between work environment and nurse performance at Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05, and a significant relationship between motivation and nurse performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that the most influential variable on nurse performance was motivation (β = 0.608).
