    Abstract
Health services are efforts organized independently or collectively and aimed at improving the optimal health status of the community. One of the health service providers is the pharmacy. Pharmaceutical services in pharmacies include two activities: managerial activities in the form of managing pharmaceutical supplies, medical devices, and consumable medical materials, and clinical pharmacy services. In carrying out their duties, every pharmacist must work in accordance with professional standards, standard operating procedures, service standards, professional ethics, respect patients' rights, and prioritize patients' interests, while ensuring the availability of safe, quality, beneficial, and affordable pharmaceutical supplies, medical devices, and consumable medical materials. To gain knowledge and understanding of the tasks and roles of pharmacists in community pharmacies, and to understand pharmaceutical care services that comply with pharmacy service standards. During the Professional Pharmacist Internship (PKPA) at ID Pharmacy, which took place from October 1 to October 28, the author observed and participated in pharmaceutical services, including prescription services, medication preparation, provision of drug information, and patient counseling. The pharmaceutical services provided at ID Pharmacy, including management of pharmaceutical supplies, medical devices, and consumable medical materials, as well as clinical pharmacy services, are generally in line with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 73 of 2016 concerning Standards of Pharmaceutical Services in Pharmacies. However, there are still some shortcomings, such as the lack of a counseling room.
