dc.description.abstractJob satisfaction is one of the crucial factors that determines the productivity and performance of employees in an organization. In the banking industry that is full of pressure and dynamic such as PT. Bank North Sumatra Kcp Krakatau, employee job satisfaction is an important aspect to ensure excellent service to customers as well as the sustainability of the company's operations. Two factors that are believed to have a significant influence on job satisfaction are transformational leadership style and adequate work facilities. This research aims to examine the influence of these two factors on employee job satisfaction. The approach used is descriptive quantitative with data collection using questionnaires, observations, interviews. Data analysis is carried out systematically through the survey, questionnaire, and drawing conclusions. Research results show that the role of transformational leadership style and work facilities on the job satisfaction of PT employees. Bank North Sumatra Kcp Krakatau which is believed to be able to improve the performance of its employees. From the results of the questionnaire distributed, it can be seen that 100% of respondents strongly agree that leaders often motivate employees to achieve common goals directly where this will have an impact on employee satisfaction because employees receive praise for good work results and feel appreciated so that employees feel enthusiastic in doing their duties directly will also improve employee performance which has a good impact on PT. North Sumatra Bank Kcp Krakatau.en_US
