This study aims to determine the influence of Ownership Structure, Gender Diversity, Leverage, and Investment Decisions on Financial Distress in real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019– 2023. This is an associative study that uses secondary data obtained from financial reports and annual reports published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and the respective company websites. The population of this study consists of all real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023, totaling 93 companies. Based on predetermined criteria, 19 companies met the requirements to be included as the research sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis of panel data with a Fixed Effect Model approach. The results of the study indicate that Ownership Structure has a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Distress. Gender Diversity has a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Distress. Leverage has a positive and significant effect on Financial Distress. Investment Decisions have a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Distress in real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
