Adolescents in Belawan Sicanang Village face various social problems that reflect
weak implementation of Pancasila values. The Youth Posyandu program
functions not only as a health service but also as a social space for interaction
across religious, ethnic, and social backgrounds, contributing to character
development. This study aims to examine differences in Pancasila values between
adolescents who participate and those who do not participate in the program. The
research employed a quantitative approach with a comparative design involving
86 adolescents aged 10–18 years selected through accidental sampling. The
instrument used was the Pancasila Scale, covering five aspects: religiosity–
tolerance, humanity, patriotism–unity, democracy, and social justice. Data were
analyzed using the Mann–Whitney U test. The results showed significant
differences in the aspects of humanity and patriotism–unity, where participants
scored higher than nonparticipants, while other aspects showed no significant
difference. The findings conclude that participation in the Youth Posyandu
strengthens adolescents’ humanity and unity values, making it effective not only
as a preventive health service but also as a medium for character building in
accordance with Pancasila
