Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perawat RSUD Sidikalang

Abstract

Nurse job satisfaction is a crucial aspect that affects the quality of hospital services. A supportive work environment and high work motivation are believed to increase nurse job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work motivation on nurses' job satisfaction at Sidikalang General Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative causal design. The population in this study consists of 152 nurses, with a sample of 110 respondents selected using simple random sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on nurses' job satisfaction (p < 0.05). Work motivation also has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (p < 0.05). Simultaneously, the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses at Sidikalang Regional General Hospital. These findings indicate that good work environment management and increased work motivation are important strategies in creating high job satisfaction among nurses.
