Analisis Pengaruh Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (Tpak), Indeks Gini, dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (Ipm) di Wilayah Sumbagut

Abstract

HDI is an indicator in assessing development with the object of assessment is human development used to determine national policy choices. The Sumbagut region has abundant potential and resources that contribute to the designation of Sumatra Island as the island with the second largest contributor to the national economy in Indonesia. it is expected that the increase in Labor Force Participation Rate, Gini Index, and Economic Growth in the Sumbagut region can increase the Human Development Index in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods in the form of associative aims to conclude the relationship between two or more variables that have interrelationships and patterns of causal relationships with data sources obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics with the analysis technique in this study using panel data regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the Labor Force Participation Rate had no significant effect on HDI in the Sumbagut region and the Gini index and economic growth had a significant effect on HDI in the Sumbagut region then Labor Force Participation Rate, the Gini Index and Economic Growth simultaneously had a significant effect on HDI in the Sumbagut region
