Abstract
Human resources are a very important asset for companies. Work-Life Balance is the balance between leisure time, family, religion, and work. An individual's career and ambitions should be equally balanced in order to reduce tension between work and employees' lives. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance on performance through employee job satisfaction at PT. Andhika Pratama Jaya Abadi Tanjung Morawa. The population of this study consisted of 30 employees. The sample size was 30 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The research data was obtained using primary data collection techniques, namely interviews, distributing research questionnaires, and secondary data collection techniques, namely documentation studies. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on performance. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable.
