The implementation of the Team-Based Professional Nursing Care Model (PNCM) is a method of nursing service delivery that emphasizes structured teamwork to improve the quality of nursing care. The application of the team-based PNCM contributes to increased job satisfaction and effectiveness in nurses' performance. This study aimed to examine the relationship between the implementation of the team-based Professional Nursing Care Model (PNCM) and nurses' job satisfaction and performance at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Padangsidimpuan City. This quantitative study employed a correlational approach and was conducted at RSUD Padangsidimpuan from January to April 2025. The population included all inpatient nurses, with a purposive sampling technique used to select 64 participants. Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results revealed a significant relationship between the implementation of the team-based PNCM and nurses job satisfaction (p-value = 0.003 < 0.05), as well as a significant relationship with nurse performance (p-value = 0.001 < 0.05).
