Falling incidents are one of the unexpected events but have a high risk of occurring

inpatient room of Prof. Dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis Hospital. The method
used is a case study with SWOT analysis to formulate the problems obtained.

interviews with the head and discussions with the head, preparing a structured
schedule to conduct direct observations of the head to the implementing nurse.
Interventions were carried out on the head of the room. The results obtained were
increased nurse compliance with the implementation of the fall risk prevention
SOP. The conclusion is to schedule the controlling method through direct
