Sistem Monitoring dan Kontrol Suhu serta Kelembapan Menggunakan Sensor BME280 dan ESP32 Berbasis Blynk pada Ruang Kalibrasi
Temperature and Humidity Monitoring and Control System Using BME280 and ESP32 Sensors Based on Blynk in Calibration Room
Abstract
Temperature and humidity stability were essential in a calibration room to ensure
that measuring instruments operated optimally. This study aimed to design an
Internet of Things (IoT)-based system capable of automatically monitoring and
controlling temperature and humidity, with remote access via the Blynk application.
The system utilized a BME280 sensor to detect temperature and humidity, an ESP32
microcontroller as the control unit, a 16x2 LCD for local display, and a relay
module to control the cooling device (AC). Temperature and humidity data were sent
directly to the Blynk application, and users were given the option to manually
control the device through the app. Based on the testing results, the system
performed well and responded quickly, with the BME280 sensor demonstrating an
accuracy rate of over 99%. Moreover, the system successfully maintained the
calibration room temperature within the desired range (18°C–22°C) through
automatic relay control. Therefore, the system proved to be an effective solution for
maintaining environmental stability in calibration rooms.
