Peran Divisi Pengembangan Bisnis dalam Menarik Investor untuk Pengembangan Kawasan Toba Caldera Resort

Abstract

The Business Development Division at Toba Caldera Resort has an important role in managing and increasing business potential in this tourist area, including leasing land to investors who run various types of businesses, such as restaurants, hotels, and tourist attractions. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Business Development Division in attracting investors for the development of the Toba Caldera Resort area. The methods used by the author in writing this paper are (descriptive qualitative) field research, observation, interviews and library research. The results obtained from this study indicate that the Business Development Division has a role in attracting investors for the development of the Toba Caldera Resort area as well as a role in developing the facilities and attractions available in the area. The conclusion is that the Business Development Division has a very strategic role in creating attraction for investors.
