dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Motivasi and Disiplin Kerja on teacher performance at MTs.S Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Langkat. This research is associative research. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from documents obtained from MTs.S Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Langkat to support research. The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study was 34 teachers of MTs.S Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Langkat, and the sampling technique in this study was a saturated sample. The results showed that Motivasi and Disiplin Kerja had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Motivasi and Disiplin Kerja simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance. Disiplin Kerja is the variabel that has the dominant influence on Kinerja Pegawai, because the regression coefficient value is 0.373; greater than Motivasi 0,094.en_US
