Preeclampsia is one of the most well-known medical conditions included in the spectrum of diseases that are also among the most common complications of pregnancy, commonly referred to as hypertension in pregnancy. Preeclampsia is very dangerous for pregnant women and fetuses, one of which is bleeding for pregnant women and premature birth for fetuses, not ruling out death for mother and fetuses. The purpose of this senior practical report is to carry out nursing care for preeclampsia in pregnant women through foot massage therapy and foot soak using warm lemon and ginger water in the work area of the Neighborhood Health Center VI, Kelurahan Gedung Johor. The location of the implementation of this senior practice in the work area of the Environmental Health Center VI Kelurahan Gedung Johor wich was given to 5 pregnant women with preeclampsia. The results obtained from the 5 managed patients are high blood pressure. The intervention carried out is to provide education relate the dangers of high blood pressure during pregnancy and to provide foot massage therapy and foot soak using warm lemon and ginger water for 3 days. It is recommended for pregnant women and their families to pay more attention to pregnancy by obedient in conducting pregnancy checks to prevent the dangers of preeclampsia.
