Evaluasi Efiksasi Florpyrauxifen-benzyl terhadap Pengendalian Eceng Gondok (Eichhornia crassipes)

Abstract

Effective control of water hyacinths using herbicides is not known until now. Florpyrauxifen benzyl, an auxinic herbicide, may be used to treat water hyacinth. The study aims to evaluate the efficacy of the herbicide florpyrauxifen-benzyl in controlling water hyacinth (E. crassipes). This study used a Non-Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) consisting of 6 doses of florpyrauxifen-benzyl 0, 6, 12, 25, 37, and 50 g b.a./ha plus one comparison plot without treatment. Applications of 12 g b.a or more per hectare provide satisfactory control results with a 100% mortality rate
